My Birthing Story

My birthing experience came early (three weeks early hahaha!). As of this writing, I'm supposed to not give birth yet and still have to wait at least nine more days before I pop.

Morning of November 3, 2017, I woke up at around 4:30 in the morning. It was my usual time of waking up because of back aches brought by pregnancy. I couldn't sleep well during my last few weeks. I was awaken by a little gush of water down there. I thought it was just an ordinary vaginal discharge I used to have but then I felt something is already different. 
At 6:00 in the morning, I prepared breakfast, finished everything that I need to submit for work, and on the process of making my term project for masters a tangible one. I know something is up already but I still couldn't feel any amount of regular contractions like my co-mommies used to tell me to be aware of.

Bosses can make or break us... and more often than not, they break us. Haha! Lucky are those who found comfort and friendship with their bosses. But for others who are struggling, have struggled, and will struggle, patience is indeed a virtue.

I've been in various industries as a marketing and communication professional and as a writer. I've been blessed with different good friends I gained along the way. In fact, some of them are my former bosses/supervisors.

But it wasn't always rainbows and butterflies. There were also some experiences that I don't wish to go back to even if given the chance.

Like some of you, there were also times I cried at work because of too much stress and pressure. I know when we all are in our glorious self, we say that crying at work is a big NO. But hey, it can get a little rowdy sometimes.
